We are proud to serve as Eco fashion designers. Nisan Design Spring /Summer 2010 sustainable collection was created from design concept to manufacturing in San Francisco California by using the spiritual dance of color on water: "Ebru". This ancient form of Art is like a physiological therapy that transforms both micro and macro motifs into a smooth view for human eyes.
When "Ebru" is being created by the designers of Nisan Design, absolutely no chemical dye is used during the production. Finally, when it is time to hand-paint these amazing harmony of colors on the fabrics; the fabrics are carefully chosen from organic cotton, bamboo, and silk.
Our collection is inspired by the art of Ebru. As a result of the special hand dyeing process, color pattern of each garment is unique..
