    Although we would like to believe every Nisan Design customer will be pleased with their order, we do understand that you may not be satisfied with the color, fit or style. In order to process the return of your item, please review the following:

    - Returns only within 10 Business Days of receiving your order

    - Merchandise is to be unworn and undamaged

    - It must be returned with original Nisan Design tags still intact

    - Merchandise must be returned in/with original packaging

    - Order return must have enclosed original purchase receipt.

    - Please know there will be a $10.00 re-stocking fee deducted from your total return/order.

    To secure your return processing, please return the merchandise via a courier that offers a "tracking number", i.e. UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service with tracking ability. Nisan Design Group LLC will not be responsible or liable for any lost "returned" merchandise that do not have a shipping tracking number and do not reach the Nisan Design Group LLC Return Center.Nisan Design Group LLC is also not responsible or liable for any damage or loss in transit of the merchandise that may occur when using any outside shipping company. If this should happen, it is the sole responsibility of the shipper and shipping company to resolve the damage or loss dispute.

    Exchanges

    Wrong size? color? No problem. Simply review the following Nisan Design Exchange procedures/policy:

    - Exchanges only within 10 Business Days of receiving your order - Merchandise being exchanged is to be unworn and undamaged

    - It exchanged must be returned with original Nisan Design tags still intact

    - The merchandise being exchanged must be returned in/with original packaging

    - The merchandise being exchanged must have enclosed original purchase receipt.

    Please know, that once the Nisan Design Group LLC Exchange Center receives your order you wish to exchange, your new specified order will be sent to you via UPS Ground without shipping cost to you. You will be e-mailed the date of shipping with the UPS tracking number.
